Another "Skyrim has failed to allocate memory"

Hello, as the title says, an error message appears after a minute or less that i'm in my save, and i've tried everything, enbboost, tweaking the .ini files, increasing the Custom memory block (currently 256), setting ExpandSystemMemoryx64=false (is it normal that i have a enblocal.ini in both C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\RealVision_ENB_files\enbseries and C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim ? and yes, i've tried to tweak both files but it didn't work, didn't try to delete any of them because i don't know if i should). I've deleted mods and tried without them (didn't work), reinstalled them and it didn't work. I'm using the latest versions of crash fixes, nmm, skse, every mod i use is up-to-date and is compatible. It started to happen before i installed crashfixes, but only after i got out of helgen at the end of the prologue. Before that, the game was running perfectly, but then it started to lose fps and eventually crash/freeze after a couple of mins (also it looks like dieing or getting near water makes it crash more often).

My graphic card is a GTX 1060, 3072VRAM, 3gb RAM

System ram 8GB

EDIT: I've tried Optimizer Textures (Ordenador) by AdPipino as well as deleting the .ini files in my documents and launching the game from steam, then again from skse, nothing worked. The game plays well and doesn't have any fps drops but after a couple of mins or me going too close to the river (maybe the waterfall) in front of the standing stones after the prologue the game crashes.

 

EDIT 2: Disabling every mod except RealVision ENB 315b fixes the problem, so it's not an enb problem.

 

EDIT 3: I've tested the game by disabling one mod per try, it took me probably half+ of my mods to be disabled before the game wouldn't crash. it's been an entire day of trying out stuff now, i'm about to give up on playing the game anymore :/
