Ive been Saerching for a solution to this problem now for a long time and still have'nt found one yet... If There's a Manual solution or A mod I can install to fix that.. saurusmaximus Posted September 14, 2017 Share Posted September 14, 2017 Your fence (and I'm assuming windmill) textures are missing. You need to go through your load order and find any mod that replaces the fence texture; this could be a stand-alone texture mod (SMIM), or something like a city overhaul (i.e.; JK's mods), there is a good possibility there is more than one mod that does this and you have a conflict somewhere.
