OBGE Liquid water crash

Note: I installed skyrimized waters before this and removed it.

 

I have a large number of mods installed. Ask, if more info is needed. Before I installed this mod, oblvion with OBSE and OBGE work fine. There was missing 41 error. I fixed it with dxwebsetup.
