Weird Freeze Near Whiterun stables

First off

My specs

Amd-FX 8300

Nvidia GTX 1050 2gb

16 GB of system RAM

 

Next my problem:

Everytime i enter/exit a cell near whiterun stables i freeze, i can fast travel to whiterun no problem but anywhere outside (directly) freezes

 

I'm not quite sure what could be causing it

 

If Someone would be so kind as to help me out. i have yet to play a full playthrough of modded skyrim.

 

Any info i missed just ask!

I use Mod Organizer 2

also used LOOT

Load order is what LOOT pooped out AFTER a manual sort.

As a test, bring up the console and enter StopQuest CH to stop the Convenient Horses quest. Do this far away from the Whiterun stables. Use the wait feature or find a bed and pass a day, then go to the stables to see if it still crashes. If it still crashes then it's probably not the horse.

 

The mod page for CH mentions something about UFO, there could be a conflict. Frankly, reading some of that page gives me a headache.

 

BFT Ships and Carriages could also be conflicting with it, but that depends on if CH changes anything to do with the carriage horse which is situated at the stables.

Thanks for replying, but i have switched to the ultimate skyrim pack :D, i couldnt deal with the crashing for a week waiting for a reply xD
