New Vegas Mod Request

Well, i have played New Vegas a lot, and i know pretty much everything about the game history and all the little secrets of the 5 games. And im hoping they come out with a new one, or a remake of one or two. But anyway, one thing i wanted to do, but have no knowledge of how, is make a mod, sort of a alternative game if you will, have it start you out with the light, but before doc michell talks to you for the first time, asks you if you want to start off in a normal game, or in this mod.

 

If you choose doc, then everything starts out normally, but if you choose the mod, instead you will wake up in front of 5 raider slaves, you are one of them, first they will ask if you are alright, explain that one of the raiders hit you pretty hard and you were knocked out cold, he will then grab the face maker thing the doc hands you and gives it to you and tells you to check out your "Shiner" you then make your face and when you are done he makes a bad joke of it. Then they stand you up and tell you to go talk to "Enterbadnamehere" in the slave quarters, when you get there she already knows you were hit so she wants you to play a round of the V-Tester, of course this sets your skills. She will then make a comment like the doc does, but something more along the lines of someone who knew you longer.

 

Afterwards she will ask you some questions to see if you are still sane, answer them, choose your skills afterwards, and then she will start talking about how you were when you were little, and then she will ask you if you remember what you were good at, and it brings up the traits and she comments that its good to remember your strengths. Then the head raider will come in looking for you, the raiders hood you and the screen goes black, then they dehood you in a small room with a lamp in your face like an interigation room, and ask you some questions, the raider slave master said you "Backtalked" him in front of everyone which resulted in him smacking you in the head with his rifle, he wants to know the truth, with a 25 speech you can explain he that he has been extra hard on you and dont know why, you can lie with 30 speech and say he tried to go after your sister and tried defending her, or you can say nothing at all.

 

I havnt really thought more into it but the just of it is, you are a slave, born into slavery, and this mod will detail your life as the moses of your people, or how you take the control of the raiders for your own.
