Helgen Reborn is killing me

I keep dying during this mod. My character is level 30. I am at the part where I am evaluating the recruits. Every dungeon is overfilled with enemies. Every room has 10 enemies. Like the necromancer one. There were 5 master necromancers which shouldn't even spawn until about 35-36. Their spells are killing me with one shot. Ice storm specifically. The bandit one was even worst. Normal level bandits, the ones just named bandit, are killing me with one hit at max health. I have 200 health and 300 armor rating. This shouldn't be happening. It's only these dungeons that the mod affects that I have issues with. Normal dungeons I have no problem with. Yes I sometimes die if I am not careful but for the most part, as long as I don't rush in and take my time, I can go through a dungeon with minimal health damage. This is my mod list. Also I disabled the combat mod similodon just to see if it affected anything and all it did was make it harder. I am playing on adept. Is there anything in my mod list that would do this or is this mod just a fail? I would like to enjoy Helgen Reborn. Everyone keeps saying how great it is but I don't have fun playing it. I have to turn god mode on just to get through the dungeons.

Have you tried to change the difficulty to novice just to see what happens? Maybe you can finish those dungeons and return to normal later.
