CTD in Solitude

Hello! Just get to the point here. I'm getting contant CTD when fast travel to Solitude, walk around the main gate, entering building and sometimes freeze and then it crashes.

 

This is very odd to me because I played Skyrim over 70 hours wandering around, almost unlocked all the major cities, important locations and no CTD happens. Also I completed Dragonborn DLC and the Civil War sided with my boy Ulfric and Ralof. But then, I decided to continue to play the main quest where I must meet Delphine in Riverwood. Then she tells me to travel to Solitude to meet her mutual friend, a high elf or something. I walked there, and then at the main gate of Solitude, my game became very laggy and continued with CTD.

i7 5500U
8GB DDR3
Nvidia GT840M
Windows 10 Pro

 

What've I done:

• Sorted using LOOT
• Check my mods compatibility with each other and I think all of them are compatible. Not sure tho.

Any help from you are appreciated and sorry for my bad English. Not a native speaker.

Anyway, thanks for nothing. I already found out the problem by myself. Over 5 hours for looking what causing my game to crash very often in all major cities. After did some master files cleaning with TES5Edit, check for every compatibility notes, and guess what? True Storms are the problem here. Don't know why, the mod only triggered when raining only. Even the weather is clear or cloudy, the mod scripts are still running. And it conflics with Purity.

I started to get a similar issue with Ordinator: it's the only new mod I put up for this playthrough, and it's been more or less stable throughout the rest of the game, and I really don't see how it would have anything to do with this area anyway. But here we are.
