dre5922 Posted March 7, 2012 Share Posted March 7, 2012 I'm thinking something similar to the Cowl of Nocturnal from Oblivion.Say you have a bounty in Solitude and you have a quest there and your bounty is extremily high, you can wear a disguise and sneak into town easier.
