That0ddGuy
Hi. I was wondering if anyone could modify this mod I've downloaded so that it can match a couple other mods I use. FLY's Glass Remodel for Female looks nice, but I wish it didn't have such a bulky skirt. If somebody could possibly slim it down for me slightly, or even remove it altogether, that would be great. I would also love if someone could recolor it for me in a couple colors: Dark GreenDark-ish RedBlackWhite Also, if it's not to difficult, if the grey designs within the glass could be changed to gold, that would be amazing. One more thing: I really want my amulet slot to show through this armor... if there is another mod that already does this (perhaps for all applicable armors?), I could be pointed in that direction (rings, too, I suppose) What I'm trying to do is pair this cuirass up with my Blackluster sets, but the colors don't match (I have the Blackluster recolors) and the skirt on the glass remake is HUGE. If you need me to post links, I will. I'm new to this requesting thing.
Nephenee13
I'll put this with the Daedric request you made, I'll try to open up a slot to work on them. This should be easier though. As for visible amulets, there's a tweak for the Wrye Bash Bashed Patch that allows Rings and Amulets to be visible no matter what you are wearing. That is the easiest way to go about doing that, since either way it requires editing the flags, and would require including a (redundant) ESP file. I believe Yuravica uses the vanilla textures, so retexturing should be straightforward, if the Blackluster recolors use the same UV mapping (which I'm pretty sure they do...) That0ddGuy
Awesome. This would be great! For the recolors, will I have to have them one at a time, or will they all be separate pieces? If they are, testinghall is fine by me. If not, that's totally fine. I don't want to make you do more work than you need to. I don't use Wyre Bash. What does it do? Nephenee13
I don't use Wyre Bash. What does it do? More like "what doesn't it do?" Basically, its the best mod manager available, though that doesn't even scratch the surface of what it does. I highly suggest getting it, and also reading This and downloading the provided guide. Its an incredibly powerful, nearly indispensable program.
That0ddGuy
I'll look into that Wyre Bash stuff. Too late for me to get into that tonight :P Thanks, though EDIT: out of curiosity (and if it's not too difficult), could you remove the chainmail portion of the sleeves, too? I like the pauldrons, but the chainmail forearm doesn't really suit the armor. Thank you for your time ;) Edited March 8, 2012 by That0ddGuy
That0ddGuy
Still strapped for time, eh Neph? I'm curious about this project of yours. Is it Oblivion related?
Nephenee13
Still strapped for time, eh Neph? I'm curious about this project of yours. Is it Oblivion related? Yeah, its Oblivion related. It actually spun off of another project (which is basically done, but I'm not going to release till after this other one) and has spawned a couple of other things which I've released separately, notably that skimpy Emperor's robe and something I can (hopefully...) release tomorrow, assuming I get a bone weighting issue sorted out. Once those are done, I can probably have the whole thing out next week.
