Strange graphical glitch

So I recently installed and fully modded SE to my liking and everything was working perfectly fine until I went for a little swim. Now I have a strange 'L' shaped dark shade on the bottom half of my screen when I look towards the ground. (See attached).

 

 

 

I did some research and found that people have had 'similar', and use that term loosely, problems. Though theirs were more of a completely black bar that blocked view, likely an error from an ENB or something. I don't have an ENB installed, the only thing I could maybe think of that would cause this is a lighting or weather mod that had mist?
