ENB - Depth of Field - Focus\Fade time?

It really depends on which ENB you're using. Most ENBs implement their own DoF effect and they can be very different in how configurable they are. It's done through an .fx file - usually enbdepthoffield.fx or enbeffectprepass.fx. Open up the ENB config menu (default is Alt+Enter) and look for those files in the right panel (the Effects panel). Expand it and see if there are any configurable options. If not, then you can replace it with one from a different ENB, or something like this: Tweakable DoF and Bokeh shader for ENB.

Don't be afraid to experiment. Just be sure to back up your ENB files before doing so. Effects files (enb*.fx) are self-contained modules that can be swapped out. They can go in the Skyrim main directory or in the Skyrim\enbseries folder. Any user-configurable options will be saved in an .ini file of the same name. Try not to end up using two different DoF files at the same time though!
