What part of Markarth specifically could be causing this?

My fps doesn't even drop considerably upon entering the city.

it surprises me you can run it at all, thats a totally wrong order, use loot.

just in a glance i see ussep almost at the end and live another live up front...

there are some good moddingguides around.
