mileafly
After playing Elder Scrolls Online quite a bit now I have noticed that a lot of the NPC:s and questgivers are either gay or interracial couples (Argonian with Elf etc) Just curious if this have always been a part of the TES universe in prior games with a lot of gays and interracial couples, or if this is something that is unique to ESO, because I can't remember seeing it before, though I just might have just missed it. Adipose
Was it Oblivion or Morrowind that had the extensive little scenario whereby the player could marry or hook up with a female Khajiit? Relative to gays and miscegenation in ESO I've no idea, however, I suspect that prior situations are irrelevant and have been seriously disregarded. Mostly, I imagine, in the interest of political correctness and making money through increased customer appeal. Btw, homosexual behavior in Skyrim is more than possible through the various sex mods that have been developed. One could easily develop a "Band of Brothers" based on the Greek or Samurai example. I fear that I'm a dedicated hetero, however, I don't need to be if I decide to play for the other team in the game. Regarding miscegenation, I've always found the Dark Elves to be extremely attractive either in mod form or vanilla. The Altmer, not so much, but that may well be a response to their attitude as much as any other factor. Bosmer, Breton, etc. are all good as well. In fact, I tend to play a Breton character with a team of followers made up of one each from all the major races. I'm quite fond of the Argonian and Khajiit voices, though I find the races less attractive. Their dialogue is pretty good though. Somehow, the idea of kissing, of which I'm extremely fond, is less attractive to me if the kissee has fur or scales and a mouthful of fangs. Also, in the case of the Argonians, a tongue long enough to reach down and sample what I had for lunch. Call me old fashioned, but there it is.
