Skyrim: Poltergeist edition

hey guys excuse me that i took your minute for a sec, umm i really need a help for this issue because its driving me crazy -_ . the issue is i dont know why my skyrim is just like something that went out from a ghost movie like stuff flying around npc just jumping around its just like a huge stutter or a lag or something idk.

i already turn on v-sync,fps limiter, reinstall and everything but still got this issue. but the game got no ctd its just started normally. i think i need a hugee help thanks here some clip

The fudge?! I half expected a jumpscare. That was scary. I'm no good with finding out why games crash unless it's my own but does it happen in a specific location or anywhere?

sometimes, it does get a little bit jumpscare when suddenly an npc appear from the wall and have the T animation :( haha, it happens in anywhere outside or inside. welp might to try that soon hehe

well, i did try to do what u told me but its get messier than before :( . i got this prob when i installed some enbbooster because as i remember, its just totallly fine without it :/.

When you removed the HBP mod, did you try starting a new game? If you removed it mid-game, the weirdness is probably baked into your save.

I also forgot to ask you earlier, what is the refresh rate of your monitor and what kind of FPS are you running? If it's over 80, that could be causing these issues as well.

yes i do removed all hbp and i do start a new game but still crazy as hell :/, my monitor run un 60 Hertz and also its says 60 fps though...

I see you have Realistic Ragdolls and Force and XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended. You could try reinstalling those.

For HDT, did you install HDT Physics Extensions? I can't tell from your plugin list.

When you ran FNIS, did you check the "SKELETON Arm Fix"? It should be enabled.

Did you make any changes or additions to the [HAVOK] section in Skyrim.ini? It's fine if the section doesn't exist.

 

As for other small things:

 

You have Bent Pines for SFO2.0, but you don't have SFO?

You probably shouldn't run "ELFX - Weathers.esp" and "TrueStorms-ELFX-Weather.esp" since you're using Climates of Tamriel.

Did you rerun your Dual Sheath Redux proccer?
