True Grass not working

I do apologise if this topic has come up before but a quick search showed nothing and I've been looking up and down google for solutions.

 

So I used to use Fallout 4 Seasons by GameDuchess, specifically the Spring version. I wanted something different so I uninstalled it and grabbed Commonwealth Conifers and True Grass instead and started a fresh save. Conifers work a treat, but no matter what I do I can't seem to get True Grass to load properly. Sanctuary's ground is still speckled with the sparse, brown grass of vanilla Fallout 4.

 

I've checked my .ini files in my documents and everything seems to be in order (I think), and just in case NMM didn't install True Grass properly I manually extracted the ba2 files that came with True Grass with BAE, then pasted them into Fallout 4's data folder, overwriting/merging as it asked me to. And still nothing. Is there something simple I've just overlooked? ;_;

got this problem as well and still no fix for this i suggest you just use the "GRASSLAND" mod for now
