Asking for Help Finding Perk Requirements Mod

Hey everybody.

 

Short Version: Does anyone know of a mod that reduces the required skill levels of some of the lower-tier perks?

 

Long Version, if you care why;

 

I used to use XSO, a level pacing and rebalancing mod. These days XSO is defunct, and Game Setting Customizer is the new incarnation. However, in both of these, they increase the perks you get per level as part of the balancing. Because you are getting more perks per level at low levels, you wouldn't always have the skills necessary to take the perks you want at the levels you get them. So, XSO had a component called Reduced Early Perk Skill Requirements, which made the lower level perks require less skill to take. The end result was that instead of Skyrim's default method, where you start as a jack of all trades and mature into a specialization, XSO/GSC have you start as kind of a specialist (realistically), develop your skills, and then branch out later.

 

This is definitely how I like to play. But I've just discovered that, because it's very old, Reduced Early Perk Skill Requirements doesnt work right anymore. I'm looking for an alternative, or the whole methodology is kind of broken! Random keyword searches aren't helping. Any ideas?
