ElementalHavok
Oh I got the Unofficial mod already. Seems like the other two are already there! Everything should be fine. I removed and then reapplied the mods and the same issues are happening, but its only for a few NPCs... so I don't know what the problem is exactly, I reorganized what I though would help. I guess I'm going to deal with some people with really good tans... on only their faces... lmao
ElementalHavok
Try also doing a google search for LOOT or look on the nexus it helps to get a bulk of your mods in the right order so you only have to move a few by hand. Also SSEEdit will help with cleaning your master files up and finding problems and conflicts in your load order and incompatibilities. All tutorials can be found on Nexus if you want printed or YouTube. These tools will help a lot and I dare say must haves. They look complex but are very user friendly as long as your willing to take a small amount of time to learn them. And by the way welcome to the modding scene bud I hope you enjoy. Oh thanks! I'll take a look!

I guess I'm going to deal with some people with really good tans... on only their faces... lmao Download the Creators kit from Bethesda.net load the skyrim main esm as master then scroll down to your mod that is producing the black face bug and load it as active file. CK will throw a bunch of errors just hit "yes to all" on them its ok. on left side will be a list of assets in game go to actors/characters find the ones giving you the blackface bug and just highlight their name in the list then hit Ctrl+F4 it will redo their facegen data. repeat for all NPC's you find with this. For more detailed instructions just search for fix black face bug on nexus or youtube. I hope this helps you out. also load order and conflicts can cause this as data is being overwriten or changed so if CK doesn't work use LOOT and SSEEdit like I said in previous post. Don't worry its a learning exp. so don't get discouraged with fails before you know it you'll feel more comfortable with messing with files. Worst case you verify files or reinstall its no big deal. Happy modding bud.
