Actually, it all started because I wanted to do a playthrough with ordinator, with a character that would be the daugther of Negi Springfiled (from Negima !). I wanted a destruction and unarmed build BUT, the unarmed animations currently available are not in the spirit of my character :(. So I decided to make my own animation (replacers for the moment) to implement Hakkeshou, and Hakyoukuken fighting style. I do know that a lot of work is implied, but I would love to progress bit by bit. So far, I made Equip, unequip and iddle animation for unarmed (h2h_idle, h2h_equip and h2hunequip). I followed the animation tutorial with 3ds max 2010 up to a point where a max file was needed, then another tutorial here with the provided rig. Everything works so far (I made an female idle animation that works fine), but when using the h2h hks files in my game, the character just stand with both arms raised (not the T, just the basic pose from any skeleton). I have a suspiscion on the skeleton provided in the second tutorial, as it's XPMS based and I'm using XPMSE, but otherwise, I have no idea what is happening.
