Hello, i'm looking for some tool for batch edit .nif models (it is preferable to reduce polygons)

if it tool does not exist - then for .obj

 

didn't found it in google)

 

 

p.s. also, if interesting, good programs for batch .dds editing

 

- XnConvert

- ImBatch

- ATI compressonator (batching mipmaps)

I don't think such a tool exists.

There are many type of nifs. Each game, though using GameBryo Engine, have nif structure differences.
A one size fits all seems not possible.

Nif are passed through 3D apps that can read them and decimated there one by one, then exported.

You can perform a very, very limited spell in NifSkope to remove unused vertices but that's all.

I don't know about .obj
