Galdurrs
Hello, i don't know what to say, beside that it isn't a mod or NVSE related issue, i've tried with all plugin activated or deactivated and the problem still occure, tried with and without the stutter remover, with and without enb it is still here. i'm running this on an intel core I5-4690K, 16gb of ram, a 1080ti 11gb and a 500gb SSD all of this on windows 10 it is the first time that this happensI wouldn't be surprised if the shitty engine that the games run on isn't compatible with this hardware as i already had problem with oblivion (especially due to windows 10) but i'm really not sure. Thanks for reading and helping if you can. Edited September 23, 2017 by Galdurrs
Rast3rMan
I'm running a 1080ti @ 3440x1440 with 178 mods + ENB and I get 75 - 100fps So there is more than likely something wrong with your pc setup. What drivers are you using for your graphics card and do you msi afterburner for monitoring your card? The more info you give the more people will be able to help.... dubiousintent
Please see the 'Issue: Lag or "micro stutters" even with "New Vegas Stutter Remover" installed' entry under the 'Solutions to Performance problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. "Stutter" is basically lag reading data from disk instead of memory. All vendors eventually stop testing for compatibility with older games, so the newest drivers are not always the "greatest". By the same token, trying to get more than 60 FPS is going to create it's own problems. The game simply wasn't designed for a faster frame rate. -Dubious- Edited September 23, 2017 by dubiousintent
Galdurrs
I have tried a few solution on the wiki (cause 2, 4 & 6), i will also note that the stutter happen on the menus aswell, which lock at 38 to 39fps, it is the same in game & until the fps reaches that value (it takes 2 seconds approximately) it seems to be doing decently, and stutter heavily once it reaches that number of frames. I do not have any file that restrict fps, i already doublechecked and reset every value to 60fps max in a variety of .ini , doesn't change anything. dubiousintent
Did you happen to note "Cause/Solution-1/2" under 'Issue: Game in slow motion' about only using the game INI or NVSR to manage your FPS clamping? It is entirely possible to have settings in the INI files and mods fighting with each other. Unfortunately there is no single configuration that works for everyone. Suggest you search that wiki article for all entries with the word "stutter". -Dubious-
