IIBlackZer0II
Hello people another question again how can I increase the Mods number installed in my witcher without crashing game ? any tutorial or post posted ?
willief23
you cant increase the mod limit. The best you can do is downgrade your game to early patches as they allow more mods to be installed. For example game v1.08.4 allows more mods to be installed then 1.22 or 1.31 can have. You will have to use Mod Merger to merge your texture files together in 1 or 2 big packs. Then you need script merger to merge your script mods together. The less folders you have inside the Mods folder is better.
djkovrik
The limit depends on bundle and cache files count so yeah, merge your mods. I had 110 mods installed in my setup and played with no problems
Deleted4610270User
Just Merge, but merge smart as it can cause issues when it comes to texture packs. I personally would not merge anything by the creator of COMPILATION due to appearance of texture-less objects or even use it as a stand-alone pack because of the major issues it has in several locations, such as Kaer Morhen, before the big battle with Red Riders. willief23
@MonarchX i know you cant use any of the fire textures from Compilation or you will have bugs. I am about to use the light version of compilation and take out the fire textures/fire fx files.
