Skyrim SE Crashing on entering various locations

Hey all,

 

I have a recently built computer which is running everything I throw at it just fine, but I'm experiencing CTDs on brand new vanilla Skyrim SE games in the same location as my modded setup.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.8 Ghz
GTX 1060 6 GB

1 TB SSD

8 GB RAM

I've tried the following:
Resetting my ini files, including using the presets in BethINI
Verifying local cache
Completely nuking the Skyrim install and reinstalling
Disabling all mods

All of this uses new games to test
Disabling my overclock (3.8 ghz > 3.2 ghz)

I can reproduce the crash by travelling to Winterhold, Markarth, or outside the Greybeards location. This occurs using either a natural way of travelling or via the coc command. Papyrus logs haven't shown any particular errors.

Any thoughts?

Resolved this. It was my ini files - deleted existing ones and used default, and now it's working fine.
