File Formatting Code

Which code isn't working? I see colour and underlining on your Vertex I. If it's URLs, there's a workaround for the problem it has with URLs that end with a slash. If you're trying to include images in the description, there's more than one way to do that, and I think only one is supported in the descriptions. I did it this way:

http://vnmedia.ign.com/nwvault.ign.com/awards/HallofFame.jpg

Which is:

[img=http://vnmedia.ign.com/nwvault.ign.com/awards/HallofFame.jpg]

Though I think the image should be located on a different host, so it isn't taking another site's bandwidth.

There are certain codes that are not working. , ,
  • , and
 are 4 that I tried to use but do not work on the Nexus file site. To be clear, they DO work on the forums...just not in file descriptions.

I've successfully used [img] in the file description, in the manner I showed above (I tested it before reporting it here). I also use

  • in my file descriptions, but I can only make it work for bulleted lists, not numbered lists. I wasn't able to make the italics work. I haven't tried [code], but I know
works, which might be a useful alternative.
