I don't remember if this was all it did, but it gave your weapons more shots in VATS as you upgraded it instead of less, and it was REALLY OP. I'd really like to get it again, I'm scouring the nexus at the moment but I'm not finding it so if anyone knows what I'm talking about it'd be a great help to get a link.
