SSE SXP Experience Points in Skyrim (Similar to Fallout 4)

As the title says, was wondering if it is possible to make or port https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/40899/? into skyrim SE? Posting this now as an alpha version of SKSE is out. There is also a redone version for base skyrim https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76215/?

you can try to port this yourself , for your own private usage

and there are guides on how to port mods to SE

as for porting requests , you do need permission from the mod author to release a port of his work , so unless you have this , no one will release such a port
