I also get this weird crash on startup if Fallout: New Vegas is the active window. If I tab to another window and let it load in the background it's fine but if it's the active window it'll crash on the "Please Stand By" screen.

Move any "inactive" plugins out of the game "Data" folder. They get loaded by the game engine if found, and can cause "Missing Master" problems. In particular you don't want any TTW mods in "Data" if you don't have TTW installed.

Please see the 'Checklist' and 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' sections in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. In particular you are looking into "heap size" adjustments.

Let's see what that does to begin with.

The inactive plugins are inactive because they have been merged into the bashed patch. I'm using Mod Organizer to mod the game, should I hide the inactive plugins anyway? I've also done many of the fixes related to my issue on the "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide, but none seem to have worked.

Did you enable "ghosting" in Wrye Flash before you built the BP? You shouldn't see plugins that have been completely merged into the BP with that on. Please see the wiki "Bashed Patch file with Marked Mergeables" article.

And you don't want that TTW plugin in there, BP or not.

"Many of the fixes" just tells me you haven't yet found the right combination. You might read the thread "Game Chrashing more often then it should". We exhausted everything I could think of for a similar "after x minutes" issue before the OP finally tried an INI "tweak" listed in there that didn't seem related. It wasn't just one thing; it was the overall collection of adjustments. Solving one issue often reveals another that has been hidden. You have to clean them all up for a stable game.

I'll try the bashed patch guide and I've tried 8.1 and 8.2 parts of the "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide, do you suggest any other sections? I also believe that "TTW FNV RWLE - Darker Nights.esp" can be used with either TTW or Vanilla, but I could be wrong.

As I said earlier, there are many things that can contribute to a problem. Essentially you have to fix everything that is causing your game to have problems. There is no one "magic bullet", even though it may seem like it when you solve the last one affecting you. You've plucked all the "low hanging fruit" without success, so now you are going to have to "climb the tree to get to the higher branches" and read (and try out) more tweaks. The thread I linked went from the most obvious to the most obscure potential causes. And in the end it was something in a section mentioned early on but apparently not tried until everything else had been exhausted.

I can't see your system and what you have (or haven't) done. That linked thread is the closest thing to a tutorial on how to diagnose a "CTD after x minutes" issue. I don't have any suggestions that weren't presented there. I see no valid reason to repeat myself. (My time is valuable as well.) Make a list of what you have tried and kept as a change, work through that thread, and then we will see if I can spot something you might have misinterpreted.

I'm not intimately familiar with "TTW FNV RWLE - Darker Nights.esp", so I don't know for sure which mod that comes from, but assume it's "FNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting" by Sal203 and xCamoLegend. If that assumption is correct, all the TTW optional files say they are for TTW players. AFAIK you can't make a mod changing the weather for all the exterior cells for TTW without accommodating both games, which means it has to at least check for the presence of FO3 cells. That alone will be enough to cause problems if FO3 is not installed. Besides that, it points out in the sticky comments that the ENB versions are obsolete, and that patch is for the older version of RWL. My advice is to try without it and see what happens.

You are using CASM, so I am assuming you have disabled the game's built-in "auto-save" feature. If not, please see that part of the 'Essentials for Getting Started' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

Actually "TTW FNV RWLE - Darker Nights.esp" is apart of "Realistic Wasteland Lighting Enhancement" by xCamoLegend, Sal203, and RoyBatty. I believe it's been taken down since I downloaded it. I also went through the making a bashed patch guide including turning on "auto-ghost" and my game seems more stable, but the crash still happens. I'll see about more of the fixes in the "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide, and I have turned auto saves off.
