Floating Texture with "Immersive Weapons" mod

I ran across my very first off-hand weapon in a dungeon. I equipped it, and a few seconds later unequipped it. But when I unequipped it, a small piece of the sword is left behind, floating above my offhand. It's always there, even if I pull out another weapon or aything. It won't go away, I've tried dropping the weapon, re-equiping it and unequiping it again, reloading my file... Nothing is making it go away. I tried to upload a screenshot to show what it looks like, but I'm getting a "File too big to upload" error message.
