Anyone interested in assisting me with modding the Salem area?

Hello all,

I am interested in finding a couple experienced folks with the toolkit interested in assisting me in revamping the Salem area to a more real life layout than what we get. The only landmark they included is the witchcraft building and even that is, physically, located wrong, should be in the middle of the town not on the outskirts. If you couldn't tell I live and work in Salem/Boston and it grinds my gears they got so much right with Boston, but Salem they seemed to just phone it in.

My general idea is make a mini 1950's version of Salem like they did with the North End. Couple major landmarks condensed with a few physically correct roads putting the whole place together. Moving the WM to the center of town, making a house landmark for Hawthorne, Salem common, and one of the historic graveyards as well as making the docks look like it was a large port at one point (which it was). Also if we want to get deep toss in the underground pirate/smuggler tunnels and other interesting related locations we can discuss. Also removing the bomb crater which just eats up space and logically makes little sense. (if a atom bomb did hit there, there would be nothing left of that town).

I am not looking for making new assets or anything overly complex like that, just using the base game and DLC aspects mostly perhaps some assets from the nexus (with permission of course). But in the end not looking to get into asset creation as that's not my skill set nor do I really think it's needed for a limited project as outlined here.

As for me while I have some past game mechanics design experience I am a novice with the toolkit but more than happy to learn and get up to speed with some direction, assistance.
