Random CTD's

So first time posting here. As the title says, I'm getting random crashes, mostly shortly after loading into a new area, and don't know what exactly is causing them. Most recently it happened when I went from the main entrance area of Fort Dawnguard to the character alcoves of the Familiar Faces mod.


Computer specs are...

Type: HP Laptop

CPU: AMD A6-4400M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.70 GHz

RAM: 4 GB

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7520G

Skyrim is installed to it's default Steam directory, and is the classic, non-Special Edition version.

As for mod programs, I use NMM, LOOT, FNIS, Steam SKSE, and Tes5Edit for everything. And everything is up to date.
