Moving Fallout 4 to new PC

Hello wanderers,

So I recently just got a new PC, and I tried to move my heavily modded Fallout 4 from my old PC to my new PC via an external hard-drive, I copy pasted the entire game folder, the Document folder with all the saves and inis, plus the Mods folder of NMM, I could load my save on my new PC without any issue, all my armors and weapons mods seems to be working fine, but some mods like enable fast travel in Survival mod won't work.

 

If any of you have successfully done it, please let me know how.

$5 for the vault dweller who help me solve this problem, I don't understand why some mods(weapons; armors; textures) works but others (iHud; Unlimited Survival mod) don't.

Have you tried to re-install those mods?

 

There is also a FO4 folder in Appdata, i think it's the loadorder file from either loot or nmm. Not sure which one i think loit, i am assuming you use loot since you heavily modified FO4

Yes I do have loot, I could reinstall the mods who don't work but the thing is I have 100+ mods, and I have no idea which ones work and which ones don't, also reinstall some of them is problematic because it would either break my save or mess up my settlements.

That's why I'm trying to figure out what exactly is causing some of my mods to not work.
