So here's what I need: New Game Plus, Current quest: Battle Preparations with full crew including Letho, No Tattoo from W2, Cerys is Queen, Triss Romance, Helped Sarah, Saved Anna, Killed Junior, HoS and B&W Not Started, Helped Dandelion, Helped Lambert, and All Possible Gwent cards collected.
