Stuck looking at the mirror

Starting movie and stuff is fine, but then the fog in the mirror clears, Nate and Nora don't appear or speak and I;m just staring at the attached image.
Googling found me one case where someone had the same problem, they said they fixed it by disabling a mod but didn't specify which one.

Never mind, found what was wrong, it was Croup Manor.

Thank you! I had the exact same issue trying to start a new game today. I disabled croup manor overhaul and the character creation menu is working again. Probably saved me hours of disabling and enabling mods.

Lol Yes Finally, it is croup manors fault. Just tested and yea its f***ing up my new game as well.

Thanks a lot bros, this really helped although i found this page abit late, i was already half way uninstalling all my mods trying to figure this problem out.
