Ring to Register as "Special Outfits"

This was something I thought of, I managed to make something (using mods) that looks WAY cooler than the silver shroud costume, but it doesn't enable the funny dialogue or comments from NPCs you get, so I was wondering if anyone would be able to make a mod that adds in rings (Not very commonly used clothing slot and not many players wear them anyway) that allow what you are wearing to register as say a vault suit, or maybe the silver shroud costume. It should be pretty easy to do in FO4Edit, although with that said I spent like an hour just trying to figure out HOW to do it (It's done through keywords, still haven't found the one for the shroud costume) but I also have 0 experience in FO4Edit doing anything more than editing values.
