f4se_loader.exe error writing?

So i wanted to play FO4 with the new F4SE after my Skyrim kept crashing, but it suddenly told me to delete the file because there was another file, F4SE 0.5.0, in my bin... After i deleted it i couldn't run F4SE and it told me to delete the newest file, 0.6.0. Now when i try to re-install it it just keeps saying i do not have administrator priviliges enough to put it in the right folder... (F4SE_loader.exe)

And when i just try to download the file without using the winrar manually, it suddenly recognises f4se_loader.exe as a threat, and automatically blocks it.

I did make the file an exception, but the goddamn thing is still not working.

All it tells me is: Error opening file for writing:

\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\f4se_loader.exe

Click Abort to stop the installation, Retry to try again, or Igonore to skip this file.

Clicking retry is not working and just comes up with the same error message.

If i press show details after i press abort, this is what it gives me:

Output folder: D:\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4

Can't write: D:\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\f4se_loader.exe

same problem ... i complete delete fallout 4 :all files /folder in any cause with Fallout4 have been delete ... and never can't install this f.....g program :verymad: this problem make me very angry and crazy !
