Oblivion Scale fix

In vanilla Oblivion, your move rate and jump height are multiplied by your scale. This means a bigger character runs faster and jumps higher. If you've ever once in your life heard of square-cube law, you know why this doesn't make any sense. And if you think about it for just a couple seconds, you know why it unbalances the game. What I need is a script that undoes this. Multiply by the reciprocal, remove the root cause, whatever. No matter how it's done, it just has to work.
