starcaptain
Hi everyone-I'm having a MAJOR issue. I am one of the many who had an unresolvable conflict between New Vegas Bounties and Freeside Open. What I decided to do was uninstall Freeside Open. Well, that broke my game. So I decided to wipe the game and ALL mods for FNV and see if that helped. It didn't because when I go back into the game there are major missing textures. In particular an entire wall with a doorway that leads to the area where the Mormon Fort resides. I'll include a screenshot of that issue. My question is- What the heck do I need to do to restore the game's visuals? Do I need to delete all my savegames and start the whole game over, or is there some way to fix this issue without scrapping my entire current game? Any ideas? I use Edit, Loot, Nexus Mod Mgr. WastelandAssassin
you deleted mods from an existing save , there are bound to be problems with thisand in many cases , there is no solution for these issuesso as a rule of thumb , never remove mods from an existing save , especially if it's not stated to be safe to do on the mod's page as for what you can do , you can either reinstall all of the mods you've had and try to get back to a save before doing all of this , or start a new gamethere may be a way to use a save tool and try to remove all of the missing data from it , but I'm really not sure if any program can really do this , or if it will actually solve all of your problemsso you need to choose if you'd rather play with the problems you've had so far , or start freshand it's generally better to check mods for compatibility issues , and try to find solutions (that don't involve removing mods or such)
