Meat texture

I want to adjust the texture of the slabs of beef, venison, etc. in-game, because it looks strange walking around houses and seeing raw meat on people's plates and on the cooking grills in the fireplaces. The question is, how do I find the name of the texture, when everything's packaged into those BSA files?

You have to extract the contents of a BSA file using BSA Commander first. In this case the files would be under Textures/Clutter, with names like IngredVenisonSteak01.
