Endless Infinite Load Screen+Crashes Help!

So, I need a bit of help, I broke my game. I don't know what I'm doing. So far my screen never stops leading, it has gone on for about an hour until I got tired tired of it and end up having to restart my comp. It also becomes unresponsive and crashes a lot. I appreciate any help given, thank you.
