This is a rather stupid idea of mine, but would it be possible for someone make a mod that tracks what happens to you in the game and saves it in text document form? Like when you arrive at a town, it'll include time (or date) of arrival, name of town. Or if you pick up a weapon, it'll include name of weapon, where it was found, time found. Etc.
