What doesn't it fix? I thought it covered all areas

Just wanted to make sure all my bases are covered. I recently found out there are fixes that aren't covered by the Unofficial Patch in New Vegas that you need separate mods for which lead me to believe it could be the same across all Bethesda titles.

From my brief browsing, it doesn't appear that any of the New Vegas unofficial patches are done by Arthmoor, the author of the Skyrim unofficial patches.

The unofficial patches are still being worked on, so there are still things left to fix, if they can be fixed, and if they deem then something that should be fixed.

The unofficial patch team has certain standards for what they fix. There are some things that they believe to be intentional implementations by Bethesda, so they are not fixed. Some things that are fixed, such as issues with the ebony blade, are changes that are made to adhere to what something should be, but some players dislike the changes.

In any case, just use the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch and you'll be good to go. Be sure to update it as necessary.

Fix issues the unofficial patch doesn't?

Not really but if you learn how to patch your own game using xEdit, go for. Good luck because it is not something to be learned that quick but once you know it, you will patch your own game and have it as close as perfect it can be.
