LE Skills or Special attacks

I've been looking around for a while and i've been waiting for someone to do it (cause i don't know **** about modding)

But i'd really like a weapon skills or special attacks mod.

What i mean is, either as using "Z" or or enchantments or any way you feel it, you would be able to do a "special attack" with any weapon you have equipped.

its kinda in the game already with the Bloodskal blade

 

But what i'd like is a smite,earthquake, whirlwind or anything that comes to your mind when you do a power attack on the ground or pressing z or anything

Leap slam would be nice.

 

In fact anything would be nice because i think it's lacking when you play two-handed warriors or "monks" (bare hand fighting would be badass if you could use "special attacks")

 

I don't know if it exists already, if it does please link me :smile:
