Trouble with melee weapons.

Hey guys, I need some help.

 

Whenever I equip my melee weapon, I cannot use it in 3rd person for some reason.

He hold it like it's a rifle and when I press attack button it doesn't do anything, cant attack.

I have quite a lot of weapon mods... and I'm not quite sure which could be the problem. Should I just re-install them all?

Could it be some other mod?

I'm kinda dumb when i comes to mods, so I'm hoping someone can help.
