Some Survival Options don't work

I have never gotten all the things in Survival Options to work. Some things do work, such as the autosave item and the over-encumbrance options, but most of it doesn't, such as the bed options and the options to switch off levels of hunger and thirst. On top of that, I can't seem to get it working with MCM, even though it has support for mcm.

 

I use LOOT and MO v2. Here's my load order.
