CTD on save, and load in Ragnvald.

Hi guys.

Okay so I'm completing the priest masks, and am in Ragnvald. Going after Otar the mad. After a faultless, crash free run of about an hours play, I'm now getting constant CTD when either quick saving. Or normal saving, and when I try and load that save, instant CTD again. I'm baffled how it can play for a good while. With no problems saving, then all of a sudden, suffer all these problems. Seems to be the norm with my game at the moment.

Any help, or advice would be very much appreciated.

UPDATE

 

Okay just started the quest again, and I'm still getting CTD when saving midway through the ruins. If it helps, my save file is 17mb. I don't know if this is big or not.
