Hi I'm publicenemy1, you may remember me as the creator of the adventures of the silver shroud for fallout 4 alongside such achievement as being a quasi member of the frontier team of fallout new Vegas. Just ask fellow modder odinsword!

I'm here to somewhat officially announce the next installment in the endorsement defying silver shroud series.

Shroud vs Wasteland: Dawn of defense (working title)

The mod will be much bigger than the previous one with most of the custom interiors and exteriors already finished along with the first part of the first quests.

The plot revolves around you the player, as the shroud, meeting 3 future superheros in their origin stories alongside their enemies. Already are you choices In dialog affect not just by what you did in the base game but in the mod as well. Did I mention I've been taught by the wonderful and talented davethedrunk in making animations?

Now a mod like this though deserves custom assets wouldn't you agree? So I'm asking ametuer and\or experienced 3D artists in helping me make what will mostly be one gender outfits for the superheros and supervillians.

We're slated for a late November hopefully. If you have any question or concerns feel free to contact you, and may you always stay on the path of truth and justice.

Edit: posted this first in a similar category but just to be safe thought I should put it here. Hope that's okay.

I'm currently learning 3D modeling but am still a beginner. I also want to learn texturing but don't really know anything. What I have done in each are basic recoloring in Gimp/Photoshop and mainly conversion of outfits between body types in TES IV Oblivion. I used blender for modeling but my understanding is the program isn't really viable for Fallout 4 modding and the developer has stopped working on Blender at least as far as Nif support goes. So I am going to learn a new program either 3DS Max or Maya. I'd be willing to contribute if you could help me learn. I've got 3ds max, maya, gimp ready to go.
I suggest checking out One Punch Man & My Hero Academia. Excellent design and I think they would fit in well in Fallout! They have pretty good stories so the best way to become familiar is to watch them(Or I can tell you about them, I've watched the entirety of both).

For example I think All Might would be a perfect fit as a Fallout superhero. If I had super great skills in 3D modeling & texturing as well as the ability to create awesome new hairs like in Commonwealth Cuts here's my picks.

This would be a very challenging project but might be possible since you have skills in animation. Some animations would be needed like their poses and for example Bakugo's fire blasts(I don't know of any existing mod with hand blast/wrist blasters similar to Iron Man for example). One For All's speed strength would be represented by a VATS blitz that's animated rather than a teleport. If this stuff doesn't fit tell me more about what you want

Are these characters already designed/written? If so tell me more about the characters. Or would the artists create their own designs?
