About modding with my new PC, Help please :)

Hi everyone, i just bought a new pc, and wanna know if im gonna can run skyrim (2011) with this modlist https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76373/? and wihout fps problems,

I mean I am not looking for 60 stable fps, but I would like to play it at 40+, any help or advice would be of much help,

then I leave the details of what I bought and the resolution I intend to play

 

Motherboard: Msi x370 Pro Gaming Carbon

Ram: G. Skill RipJaws V Red DDR4 2400 Mhz 2x8 16GB

GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 1050TI Gaming X 4GB GDDR5

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2 Ghz BoX

CPU Cooler: Antec Mercury M120

PSU: Thermalteke Smart Rgb 700W 80 Plus

My resolution is 1366x768 or 1280x1024 i have no 1080p monitor, my two monitors are in that resolutions. And the OS is windows 10 Pro.

 

My intention is later to change the graphics card to a powerful ace but at this moment the budget became very high, and thats all, sorry for my english(im not nativ), and thanks for the help.
