Graphic Card crash during game

Hello everyone! I've recently modded my skyrim with all 3 DLCs and 24mods (actually 20). I've a Samsung W7 with Intel Core i7 6gbRam and two graphics card: Intel HD Graphics Family and Nvidia GForce 540M.
I've already playied skyrim without any problem. Recently i've reinstalled it, adding those mods. Now, the game seems working but after few minutes of playing, it crashes. The messages is that my Nvidia graphics card has been successfully removed and plugged-in again (automatically) but after this, the game recognise only my intel hd graphics family and it simply won't start with that. And i'm stuck in this loop xD i've tried to deactivate some mods but nothing chances. The game restart only after i've restared my pc, then it crashes again and here we are. Someone know what to do in this case? Thanks a lot.

find the specific error message you get , and google it

this might be related to DirectX or something like this , rather than the game itself

and there are plenty of error messages like this , so you need to search for the specific error message you got , and see if anyone has posted any solutions to this issue

I'm pretty sure you can find the answer yourself like this , but if you can't , post the full error message here

To add to what WastelandAssassin said, I would try re-installing the graphics drivers for your Nvidia card, and making sure all of your other drivers are up to date.

I have faced this problem a few months back. When I was playing games on my laptop then I got an error then my friend suggested to me and you should download from driver basket website .my problem solved when I install update graphic drivers.Now I am followed this driver is good working and better performance. If you install that graphic driver then you will get better performance.
