Removal of Guns and/or Ammo

I know the game is all about guns and people don't like the melee that much but I wanted to find a mod to remove them. There was a mod here by the name of NGA (No Guns Allowed) which removed guns and ammo from the game but its been removed from the nexus. I also know some full conversion tweaks such as the FROST overhaul remove a good chunk of guns and ammo from the game.

 

I wanted to make a custom playthrough where I tweaked the map and made it melee weapon based for a RPG run through for a possible machinema (I have a plethora of other mods, enb's, and changes to go along with this). I don't want to but I will go through and remove all the ammo and guns from the data files by hand if I have to but i'm afraid it might break the game. I'm hoping someone has a mod before I start doing this. Of course ill back up my files or reinstall through steam once i'm done. I searched all of these forums and could only find minor tweaks or nothing at all. I also searched the nexus mod lists and came up empty or I'm just not searching the right name (I searched for gun removal).

 

I basically want to do what ARK Survival Evolved did with Primitive and make Fallout 4 more tribal and wild (i'll probably have to remove some monsters like the behemoth and anything else with built in weapons). I want to keep explosives like the Molotov cocktail in but mostly just removing guns and ammo. If there is something I have missed, please link it so I can go from there. If not could anyone provide suggestions? Would just removing all the ammo from the game work? That could make gun bashing still possible. I LOVE the shredder option on the mini gun.
