I believe there was an update of SE today?

I think SKSE64 hasn't been updated yet , so it won't run well until it's updated

 

however , have you been able to run the game previously , with this load order?

just at a glance , you have quite a lot of mods , you haven't created any merged or bashed patches (unless I missed them in the middle of the load order)

and I'm not familiar with all the mods you have , so I'm not sure if they all play well together

 

assuming you did run the game with this load order , than maybe an update to SKSE64 will fix the problem

if this is your first attempt at running this load order , make sure you've followed the installation instructions of all the mods you have installed , and taken all the necessary steps in order to make the game work with these mods

After the latest update you need version 2.0.4 (or later) of SKSE64. And if you have any DLL-based mods like the community uncapper you'll have to disable those until they can be rebuilt for the updated version of the game.
