Violeta
Hi all! I have http://sweb.uky.edu/~vcgros2/Mods1.bmp these mods installed and for some reason the NPC's have NO eyes. They are empty. Only Ren's eyes are available upon char creation, but not for all races. My char has eyes but the NPC's in the game don't. I even de-activated Ren's Beauty Pack (since it says in the Beautiful People's readme that it's already incluced in this mod) but no luck. Any way to get NPC and original eyes back? Thanks!! dyfed99
I think it's Beautiful People your problem, since it uses Nequam's eyes meshes. Try disabling it instead. Also note in the Bashed Patch you have an option to filter weird eyes meshes setting the tag <eyes>.But your load order seems too weird at least to me.. Loading Knights before the UOP..? It's the weirdest thing ever!
Violeta
Well, I'm pretty new to Oblivion and using mods, so it's not surprising my load order is weird - I will take any advice you have as to how to order them better! In terms of disabling Beautiful People... I'm not sure how to do that without messing up other things. Because of another mod I installed, and its requirement, I now have BeatifulPeopleV22-MaleReplacerV3.esp. So I'm pretty sure that if I disable that, something else will be messed up. Also, how do I "filter" weird eye meshes setting to the tag <eyes>? What program do I use for that? Thank you!!
dyfed99
Just disable both BeatifulPeopleV22-MaleReplacerV3.esp and MalebodyreplacerV3.esp. Then download and install Malebodyv4 ( http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14942 ) and FCOM Helper.txt ( http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/download.php?id=24893 ). Now you're already using OBMM and Wrye bash so I think it's useless to point to the online helps for both since I assume you already knows where find them. So, using the helper .txt adjust in OBMM your load order for the plugins you're running, disabling and/or deleting whose you don't need (eg. you're running both Natural Weather and Natural Weather HDR but you need just one of them). After this open your wrye bash and reading and following very well the guide set the appropriate <Merge, Delev, Relev, NoMerge, Graphics, Invent, Hair, Eyes> for each mod you think needs so. If you have deleted the BP plugin as suggested you don't need to set the eyes tag for anything else, as I believe Ren pack uses the standard (or compatible) eyes meshes. Then rebuild your Bashed Patch and you're ok!
